This is our premier course, lavishly showcasing the finest bounty of Kochi’s mountains and seas, including Shimanto eel, pike conger, seasonal fish, thick-cut straw-seared bonito, Araki-san’s yellowtail, Shimanto barley-fed beef, Shimanto pork, and Shimanto chicken. To finish, we offer three pieces of nigiri sushi crafted by our owner, who honed his skills in sushi restaurants.
