In addition to seared first bonito and a selection of seasonal sashimi, straw-seared bonito, clear clam soup, and a three-meat straw-seared platter (Shimanto Barley Beer Beef, Shimanto Pork, and Shimanto Chicken), this special course also includes Shimanto eel kabayaki, crystal-steamed cherry sea bream, deep-fried moray eel, and seasonal nigiri sushi.
