Our restaurant’s steaks feature carefully selected Japanese Black Wagyu chosen by our chef. We source only A5-grade sirloin from female cattle. Female cattle are known for their delicately tender texture and finely marbled meat, yet with a clean, light richness to the fat. The smooth, melting quality of the fat offers an exceptional taste experience. This is an indulgent course featuring Teppanyaki Hana’s signature grilled live abalone and A5-grade Japanese Black Wagyu female sirloin steak. Please savor our specialties to your heart’s content.
