About Course Menu

This lunch includes the chef’s original pasta and a salad made with seasonal vegetables. After the meal, you can enjoy a light palate-cleansing gelato with coffee or tea. The three characters of the lunch course name, Mansei no Fuku, are read as (ばんせいのふく) and were chosen to convey the wish for endless happiness through all ages.
