About Course Menu

Our cuisine expresses each season through a theme inspired by color. Our autumn course is themed around deep crimson, evoking the dark red hue dyed from the roots of the madder plant. This lunch course is especially recommended for women. It includes an amuse-bouche, appetizer, bread, a choice of main dish from 3 selections, a choice of dessert from 5 selections, and coffee or tea. Seasonal ingredients are presented through our signature concept of Japanese × Italian cuisine. The three characters of the lunch course name, Bansei no Fuku, are read bansei no fuku and were chosen to convey the message of everlasting happiness through all ages.
