Opened on April 3, 2023, you can enjoy specialty dishes featuring the elusive pork TOKYO X and Kagoshima black pork through exquisite offerings such as tonkatsu and shabu-shabu. Our signature dish is the premium loin cutlet bowl using TOKYO X! We also offer a TOKYO X shabu-shabu hot pot! In addition to individual dishes, we have hot pot courses that allow you to savor the unique charm of each brand's pork.
