Omakase Course (8 Dishes)

This is an 8-dish course that allows you to savor the charm of Kumamoto all at once, featuring Kumamoto's specialty of horse sashimi assortment, stewed horse offal, and other local dishes. In addition to the main dish that lets you fully enjoy the umami of horse meat, we have balanced the menu with fried items (or simmered dishes) of the day and a rice dish to finish.
