This is an 8-course meal that allows you to savor the charm of Kumamoto all at once, featuring a platter of Kumamoto's specialty horse sashimi, horse offal stew, and other local dishes. In addition to the main dish where you can fully enjoy the umami of horse meat, we have prepared a well-balanced selection including the day's fried (or stewed) dish and a rice dish to round off the meal.
