About Course Menu
This is our recommended course that can be enjoyed during celebrations, anniversaries, and meals with special people. We've designed the course to let you relish the ingredients. We'll alter the content depending on your specific use, so please write the details in the request/comment field when you make a reservation. At "Wasaika Kyouraku" in Joetsu City, Niigata Prefecture, we offer an "Omakase course" that allows you to indulge in the cuisine made with seasonal ingredients and local Niigata sake. Taste the dishes and the local sake, and enjoy a pleasurable moment. We continually strive to bring out the flavors of various ingredients and season them to your satisfaction. If you consult us about your usage scene, we'll tailor the course's story accordingly. Please use it for entertainment, meals, birthday/anniversary dinners, and various other scenes.

8 dishes, plus a meal and dessert Details of each course are based on a selection of dishes such as appetizers, warm dishes, sashimi, charcoal-grilled seasonal fresh fish carefully selected for the season, and fried items. Cooking methods such as grilling, simmering, and steaming are chosen according to the natural qualities of the ingredients and the flow of the course.
