About Course Menu
We strive to prepare simple and straightforward dishes using seasonal ingredients. We gather delicious seasonal ingredients from all over the country and present them in optimal condition with cooking methods that suit the ingredients. The ingredients of the season, the month, such as "early harvest, peak harvest, late harvest" will be offered as a monthly omakase course.
