About Course Menu

A special course to enjoy Sazachi-style cuisine, a symbol of Kochi’s banquet culture, presented in the unique style of Warayakiya Kudanshita. Begin with the Tosa Delicacies Appetizer Sazachi Platter, followed by our signature Warayaki Sazachi Platter featuring Seared Bonito Straw-Grilled Tataki with Salt, salmon, red shrimp, and seasonal fish. Then savor the Kumimono Sazachi Platter, which includes straw-grilled domestic beef and Hachikin thigh, as well as pressed sushi with eel and mackerel, for a three-platter experience of a Tosa feast. To finish, we also serve Kanzashi, a famous sweet from Tosa. With a total of 19 dishes and 2 hours of all-you-can-drink, this course offers a distinctive alternative to the usual banquet menu and a chance to experience Kochi’s rich food culture.
