A special course featuring Satsuma-style platter cuisine, a symbol of Kochi’s banquet culture, presented in the distinctive style of Warayakiya Kudanshita.
Begin with the Tosa Delicacies Appetizer Platter, followed by the signature Straw-Seared Platter featuring our specialty Seared Bonito with Salt, along with salmon, red shrimp, and seasonal fish. Then enjoy the Assorted Celebration Platter, which includes straw-seared domestic beef, Hachikin chicken thigh, and pressed sushi with eel and mackerel, for a three-platter experience of a true Tosa feast.
For dessert, we also offer the Tosa confection Kanzashi.
