Yume Kura Farm Restaurant in Goshikicho, Sumoto City, Awaji Island (yumegura) Opened in 2013, in an 80-year-old traditional Japanese house, we offer a space where you can enjoy elements like sunken kotatsu and verandas. Here, we use vegetables we've cultivated ourselves alongside locally sourced ingredients. Our "Japanese French Course," available for both lunch and dinner by reservation, highlights seasonal ingredients. Bringing delicate French techniques and ingredient pairings, we offer cuisine that showcases Awaji Island ingredients with a focus on simple seasoning.
