About Course Menu
Held over two days on January 10, 2026 (Saturday) and January 17, 2026 (Saturday)! For our 2nd anniversary event, enjoy a tasting of five types of Magnum champagne. We offer Magnum bottles, which have been historically used for celebrations and milestones in Europe and have twice the capacity of regular bottles. Due to their slow maturation process, Magnums are said to produce delicate and complex flavors, making them a perfect choice for a special toast. On each day, our sommelier will select from labels part of Cuvee J2's official collaboration with 11 maisons. The lineup will be a surprise on the day and different labels will be provided on each day.

This is a chef's choice sushi course. At "AWA SUSHI Awazushi," we offer traditional Edomae sushi made with rice blended from four types of red vinegar, seasonal fish caught from nearby seas, and carefully selected specialty ingredients from around the country chosen by our chef. Additionally, we meticulously prepare desserts that gracefully conclude your meal, providing a special moment for you to enjoy to your heart's content.
