As a bluefish specialty restaurant, we've prepared dishes that let you discover the charm of various bluefish, not just mackerel. Enjoy mackerel sashimi with three different styles, and the straw-grilled dishes exclusive to Dining Aoi are exquisite. For the rice cooked in an earthenware pot at the end, you can choose between two options to suit your preference.

"Sesame Saba" is one of Fukuoka's local dishes. It features a sauce made with Kyushu's sweet soy sauce, plenty of sesame seeds, and green onions. As a signature dish, sesame saba is a must-try delicacy when you visit Shokudo Aoi. Please enjoy.
