A special lunch-only plan to enjoy our signature specialty, wheat soba.

Carefully prepared dashi,
seasonal recommended ingredients such as fish and meat,
and small dishes paired with vegetables from Kanan-cho, the chef’s hometown.

Our signature wheat soba is a new style of soba that can be enjoyed even by those with buckwheat allergies.
It is paired with richly flavorful meats, including locally raised chicken selected with great care for its farming methods.
