Amuro Special Course

Raised in Tokyo and inspired by Italy, I spent 10 years in Okinawa establishing my own path in pursuit of my roots.
Drawing fully on the connections, experience, knowledge, and skills I have cultivated over the years, including relationships with producers and sourcing routes, I have prepared a course for you to fully enjoy 安室.

We boldly grill a rare bone-in Akagyu sirloin to perfection!
An ultra-rare wagyu accounting for only 0.7% of all beef distributed domestically in Japan. Raised in the Aso region of Kumamoto, Akagyu is prized for its light, sweet fat, rich flavor, and exceptionally tasty lean meat with a pleasantly firm texture.
We have recreated the BISTECCA we enjoyed in Italy using the finest domestic wagyu.
