We have created a delightful blend of the flavors of Ninben, a store with over 320 years of history in Nihonbashi, and the heartfelt sincerity of Hotel Kazusaya, which has been in operation for more than 130 years.

We put great care into preparing our soup stock and add freshly shaved bonito flakes just before serving.

With the traditional method, we use carefully selected meat and fresh seasonal vegetables to create a richly flavored soup stock using Ninben's flavorful bonito flakes and Hotel Kazusaya's taste inherited from Edo tradition. Please enjoy this luxurious soup stock to your heart's content.

Created with the combination of Ninben's katsuobushi, boasting over 320 years of history in Nihonbashi, and the heartfelt hospitality of Hotel Kazusaya, with over 130 years of legacy.
