The dinner course at 「Incense」 makes the most of the distinctive qualities of wood-fire cooking, carefully preparing seasonal ingredients from Yamanashi Prefecture. The robust aroma of charcoal grilling and the deep flavor of smoking come together to bring out the unique appeal of each ingredient.

From appetizers and soup to pasta, fish, the main course, and dessert, every dish in the course is filled with the chef’s skill and creativity. Meat is finished juicy, fish plump and tender, and vegetables are cooked with exquisite precision to draw out their natural sweetness.

Another highlight is the use of seasonal ingredients that change throughout the year, allowing guests to fully enjoy the flavors of each season. In the enchanting atmosphere of flickering wood flames before your eyes, please enjoy a blissful moment savoring not only the cuisine but also its rich aromas. It is also highly recommended for anniversaries, birthdays, and other special occasions.
