Autumn Limited Course Dinner

The dinner course at Incense makes the most of the unique qualities of wood-fire cooking, carefully preparing seasonal ingredients from Yamanashi Prefecture. The bold, savory aroma of charcoal grilling blends with the deep flavors of smoking, bringing out a distinct character in each ingredient.

From appetizers and soup to pasta, fish, the main course, and dessert, every plate in the course is filled with the chef’s skill and creativity. Meat is finished juicy, fish tender and moist, and vegetables are cooked with exquisite precision to draw out their natural sweetness.

Another highlight is the use of different seasonal ingredients throughout the year, allowing guests to fully enjoy the finest flavors of the moment. In the enchanting atmosphere of flickering wood flames before your eyes, savor a blissful dining experience where aroma is as memorable as taste. Also recommended for anniversaries, birthdays, and other special occasions.
