The name "LE PIGNON" means "pine nut" in French. It was chosen with the hope that our restaurant would grow and be cherished for a long time, much like the approximately 100-year-old black pine tree in our garden. When preparing dishes, we are mindful of what the essence of the cuisine is and strive to express it simply while cherishing seasonal ingredients.
