On Saturday, October 24, we are delighted to welcome Chinese tea expert Kazuyo Tanaka for a one-night-only pairing dinner featuring Chinese tea and cuisine by Orby Restaurant.
On the evening, guests will also enjoy tea prepared by Ms. Tanaka in front of them.

After obtaining the Chinese Tea Art Specialist qualification, then a national qualification of China, she worked as a hall attendant at a Chinese tea house in Osaka and assisted in the preparation area during Chinese tea lessons.
She later gained experience in customer service at a gallery shop in Kyoto and assisted in the preparation area during Taiwanese tea lessons, before taking on the role of instructor for beginner classes in Chinese and Taiwanese tea.
She currently runs Chinese and Taiwanese tea schools in Setagaya, Ebisu, and Kyoto.
