We only offer A5 domestic black Wagyu beef "Specially Selected Sirloin." Enjoy one of the highest-grade cuts of meat, where you can savor both the sweetness of the fat and the delicious taste of the meat.
■ Egg
We offer "Kokon" from Kyoto. These eggs are characterized by their rich flavor and elasticity, with a brilliant red hue.
■ Soy Sauce
We use the deep-flavored soy sauce from Sawai Shoyu, Kyoto's main store, founded in Meiji 12. It continues traditional soy sauce making methods using domestic raw materials and tools.
■ Matcha
We use the finest matcha cultivated at the venerable "Harimaen" in Uji, Tahara, Kyoto, known as the birthplace of Japanese green tea.
