Run by a husband and wife duo, our establishment offers exquisite dishes made with locally sourced ingredients from Kochi Prefecture. Highly recommended are the Kuroge Wagyu steak and Yuzu Pork Ginger Stir-Fry. The pork, raised on yuzu peels and sake rice, has no odor and boasts a remarkable sweetness. Additionally, the "Katsuo no Tataki" grilled on a teppan is a delicacy with a unique flavor. To conclude your course, enjoy a dessert made with seasonal fruits. We particularly recommend our black wagyu beef steak and ginger pork using yuzu pork. The pork, which has been fed on yuzu peel and sake rice, is free from unpleasant odors and is notably sweet.
