Please indulge yourself with our carefully prepared dishes featuring the elusive Kyosui eel, bred in the Oigawa of Shizuoka Prefecture. This luxurious course includes the Kyosui Unaju Course along with grilled white Kyosui eel.

Please enjoy to your heart's content the dishes carefully prepared using the legendary Kyomizu eel raised in the Oigawa River, Shizuoka Prefecture. This is a luxurious course featuring the Kyomizu eel rice box course complemented by the grilled Kyomizu eel without sauce.

Enjoy the crispy skin and plump texture achieved through direct grilling. You can choose from sauce and salt, or broth options including clear soup broth and tea rice broth.

Includes chawanmushi (steamed egg custard), condiments, and broth.
You can add Tsukimi Tororo (grated yam with egg) for an additional 385 yen.
