Celebration plate

Carefully crafted over the course of three days,
this is Lmusee’s takeout-exclusive brioche.

We use Hokkaido wheat, exceptionally fresh Benibana eggs from Yamagata Prefecture delivered directly from the farm, unrefined sugar, Guerande salt,
and only the finest AOP cultured butter from France, made under the country’s strictest standards.

Every ingredient has been thoughtfully selected not only for its rich flavor, but also for the gentle nourishment it offers the body.

By increasing the proportion of butter beyond our restaurant recipe and refining every detail, we have created a brioche that retains its rich aroma even when cooled, with a texture that melts delicately in your mouth.
We would be delighted if you could enjoy the lingering essence of Lmusee in the comfort of your home as well.

◆ How to Enjoy ◆
It is delicious as is, but for the best experience, warm it in the microwave (approximately 600W) for about 15 seconds, then toast it for 2 to 3 minutes. This brings out a freshly baked aroma and a crisp yet tender texture.

◆ Purchase Information ◆
Our brioche is available as a takeaway item for guests who have previously visited Lmusee. As each one is carefully made by hand over the course of three days, reservations are accepted as follows.

• Orders of two or more are accepted up to three days in advance.
(Please request this either through the option in the reservation form on our website or by phone.)

• For larger quantities (10 or more), or if you wish to purchase brioche only, please contact us directly by phone.

This is a special course at Le Musée that further condenses the chef's dedication. Please make a reservation by phone at least three days in advance for this course.
