Anniversary Plate

A full-course Japanese meal featuring 12 vegetable dishes, exclusively crafted with the unique "Vegetable Dashi" developed by Aji Farm for vegetable cuisine. Both vegans and non-vegans will enjoy the same delicious dishes. (A gluten-free option is available.) The course begins with a "Sakizuke," using seasonal vegetables, followed by five small appetizer courses, a soup where you can taste the vegetable dashi, two side dishes that offer a change of pace, a main dish that highlights both the flavors of the vegetables and dashi, a mixed rice dish rich in seasonal ingredient flavors, and a homemade Japanese dessert.

Vegetable Full Course (Vegetable only)

For 17 years, our farm has been perfecting a unique vegetable broth, "Yasai no Dashi," specifically created for vegetable dishes. This broth has two major features:
(1) It maximizes the original flavor of the vegetables.
(2) It does not use any animal-derived ingredients (vegan-friendly).
We offer a course meal that celebrates vegetable-centric cuisine, allowing guests with various dietary habits to enjoy it with peace of mind. Gluten-free options are also available (advance notice required).

A Japanese-style short course (8 dishes) entirely made of vegetables, using our farm's original vegetable-based dashi developed exclusively for vegetable dishes. It can be enjoyed by vegans and non-vegans alike. (Gluten-free options are available.) The dishes feature seasonal vegetables and include 3 types of appetizers, vegetable soba made with daikon and rice flour tempura, 2 side dishes that highlight different flavors, fragrant burdock and fried tofu rice blend, and homemade Japanese-style dessert.
