Hayaya Course

We offer a special course that includes whole-roasted lamb from Iceland, New Zealand, or Chile, served directly in our restaurant. Our handmade grilled dumplings and xiao long bao are made with domestic pork. If your reservation reaches 20 people, or if the total number of customers on the day of the course reaches 20, you can enjoy the whole roasted lamb. There will also be a lamb carving show on-site. For course customers, 100g of lamb per person is provided. Course reservations are available from 2 people, and for an additional 2,000 yen, a 2-hour all-you-can-drink option can be added to the course.

This special course features lamb sourced from Iceland, New Zealand, and Chile, roasted whole in-house, alongside handmade grilled dumplings and steamed buns using domestic pork. When the reservation reaches 20 people, or if the total number of customers for the course reaches 20 on the day, you can enjoy the whole roasted lamb. A lamb carving show will also be held on-site. Each guest on the course will receive 100g of the lamb. Course reservations are available from 2 people, and an additional 2000 yen can include a 2-hour all-you-can-drink option with the course fee.
