A soba with a slightly thick texture made by simmering minced pork, shrimp, and grated yam in soba sauce.  
Many customers finish the soup to the last drop.  
It really warms the body during cold weather.  

Passing Exam Soba 1980 yen  
Mix egg and natto with concentration until it becomes sticky.  
Pour it over the soba and sprinkle with sprouts, chopped seaweed, and pickled plum.

It's an original soba by Nishida, inspired by pasta, with a garlic and chili-flavored duck oil and a garlic-flavored sesame soy sauce.

Soba-filled Dashimaki 1100 yen  
Seasoned soba is enclosed within the egg with well-matched chopped green onions and seaweed.  
It's like an omelet soba.  
At the shop where the owner trained, no one but the owner could cook it, so it was shelved.  
Steaming hot, fluffy eggs with... soba.  

Daikon Salad 770 yen  
Raw soba is deep-fried and placed on young soba greens, with finely shredded daikon that has been soaked in water for a crunchy texture. It's a Nishida staple salad.

It is a unique Nishida dish where the rich taste and flavor of gamecock, and the thick bonito flakes of a soba restaurant, blend together.

The Zao duck, which can be deliciously eaten half-raw in a shabu-shabu style, is odorless and tender, attracting repeat customers.  
The special dipping sauce includes yuzu pepper, and the special sesame sauce has chili oil.  
To finish, boil fresh soba or Inaniwa udon to your preference.
