Carefully sourced farmed eel brands from all over the country and grilled eel skewers (liver, fin, kabuto), one of each. The brand farmed eels include famous names such as Bando Taro, Ajiuman, Mikawa Manzaki, Deshiko, Kaguya, Tensui Unagi Nadeshiko, and Amanowaka Unagi, as well as rare brands. We select the best individuals available on the day to offer our customers. Based on this brand eel, we prepare it as unaju, shirayaki, or kabayaki according to the customer's preference. You can also choose the method of preparation: Goemon-style steaming or grilled without steaming.

Our branded farm-raised eels are selected from renowned brands such as Bandou Tarou, Miun, Mikawa Unasaki, Deshiko, Kaguya, Tensui Unanadeshiko, and Amano Wakai, among others. We choose the best available eel for the day and offer it to our guests. The main eel can be prepared according to customer preference: as unajuu, shiroyaki, or kabayaki. You can also choose the cooking method between Goemon mushi (steamed) or jiyaki (grilled without steaming).
