【Homura】A wine sommelier's discerning eye guides you through a pairing from among 400 bottles to the pinnacle of the night alongside the "Feast of the Wood Fire."

"Homura" means the very flame that blazes brightly. It is the ultimate feast of fire offered by The Bless Awaji.

In addition to the dishes on the Enbu Course, a luxurious wine pairing (worth approximately 25,000 yen), carefully selected by a wine sommelier, will add color to the evening.

Wine enhances the aftertaste of the dishes even more. When the delicious flavors drawn out by the wood fire are complemented by a carefully chosen glass, the taste transcends being just another dish and becomes a memory.

Among the 400 bottles quietly resting in our three large cellars, there are rare labels that any wine enthusiast would aspire to taste, all awaiting their turn.
