Enjoy carefully crafted cuisine and wine, featuring organic vegetables sourced from around Japan and fresh seafood delivered directly from Akashi and Awaji Island.
Using traditional French cooking techniques and carefully selected Japanese ingredients, we strive each day through constant trial and refinement to create something better and something new, while always cherishing the essence of Japanese fragrance and sensibility.
For wine, the owner, who is also a sommelier, personally selects French wines and will recommend the perfect choice to suit each guest’s requests and preferences.
