This exquisite dish features Kyoto pickles on the first tier, high-grade bonito flakes from Ibusuki, Kagoshima Prefecture on the second tier, and premium Koshihikari rice from Minamiyamashiro Village, Kyoto on the third tier.
First, enjoy the rice topped with bonito flakes, then savor it with carefully selected rich egg for a tamago kake gohan (egg rice) experience, adding some agodashi soy sauce to taste.

The first tier features Kyoto pickles, the second tier showcases carefully selected dried bonito from Ibusuki, Kagoshima, and the third tier contains Koshihikari rice from Minamiyamashiro Village, Kyoto. 
First, savor the rice with bonito flakes, then enjoy it as egg over rice by topping with carefully chosen rich eggs. Finally, add some Ago-dashi soy sauce to taste before enjoying.

Please arrive in front of the restaurant about 5 minutes before your reservation. The dining time is approximately one hour, and as all meals start simultaneously, please understand that delays may result in the inability to serve some dishes. For customers with reservations for seats only, please decide on either a meat or fish course and contact us by 5 PM the day before. If we are unable to reach you, we will make a decision on your behalf.
