Akamiya Cowsi is located a 5-minute walk from Watanabe-dori Station, offering optimally aged meats from our own aging facility in Minoshima, Hakata-ku. We provide carefully selected Kyushu-bred female Wagyu, crossbreeds with strong lean meat from Wagyu and dairy cows, and mature cows that have finished their work after several calvings, all aged to perfection for our guests. Experience the transformation of meats, which were once considered tough due to their leanness, into wonderfully flavorful cuts with up to two to three times the amino acids through our aging process.
